The Leadership Education and Development Fund pays for the leadership education Phi Iota Alpha members receive.
Your gift covers the cost of that education: the National and Provincial Leadership Training Institutes, the educational sessions of the Fiota Summit and of National Convention, and scholarships that send undergraduate members to leadership conferences they could not otherwise afford.
The Foundation funds the educational portion of these programs. Where an event also carries business meetings, ceremony, or social activities, the grant pays only for the educational hours.
