Since 1931, Phi Iota Alpha has been developing leaders through brotherhood, education, service, and shared experience. Those experiences shape the undergraduate preparing to lead his chapter, the alumnus ready to mentor, and the professionals and community leaders who carry what they learned into the world.
The 1931 Challenge is how brothers, family, friends, and supporters invest in the educational work of The 1931 Foundation.
Your gift supports:
- The National and Province Leadership Training Institutes, where undergraduate and alumni brothers build the skills to lead a chapter, an organization, and a community.
- The leadership sessions at the Fiota Leadership Summit, which brings brothers together in the years between conventions.
- Leadership conference scholarships, so a brother who cannot cover the cost still gets into the room.
- Support for brothers facing unexpected hardship, helping the Foundation respond when members need assistance most.
- A scholarship for students who are not members, because what gets learned here was never meant to stay here.
- Future educational programming, including workshops, training, and new learning experiences built as members need them.
- A reserve the Foundation is building now, so that its educational work in 2031 is larger than it is today.
